My name is Verity Goodfellow
PGCert (Clin. Hyp.), MBSCH, CHBP, CHFP
I began my career in IT, business analysis, and later transitioned into global transformation project management within the legal sector.
I have navigated the challenges of family building —pregnancy loss, managing pregnancy anxiety, the struggles of early parenthood, and the uncertainty of returning to the workforce (three times). During this period, I balanced the demands of a fast-paced managerial role, overseeing global transformations, all while grappling with the fear of not being "good enough" as either a mother or an employee—an experience I’ve come to understand is shared by so many parents in one form or another.

After leaving my project management role to focus on my family, I qualified as a clinical
hypnotherapist in 2012, specialising in helping clients manage anxiety, stress, trauma, and negative behaviors. My work has included corporate well-being workshops on topics such as public speaking, better sleep, stress/anxiety management and leading mindful meditations.

In collaboration with a global media company, Bursons, I analised employee needs and, following my qualification as a hypnobirthing practitioner in 2014, began offering corporate hypnobirthing sessions to their employees. By 2018, I expanded my services to include return to work coaching sessions that supported employees in navigating their return to work after parental leave.

In 2022, I returned to a part-time project management role in the legal sector for two years. Then in 2024, after qualifying as a Fertility Practitioner and obtaining a Level 3 Counselling Certificate, I formally established Natal-Nurture.
Through Natal-Nurture, I’ve developed my mission to support employees as they navigate their unique family-building journeys.

I also run a private well-being practice in Woodford, London, where I work as an integrative therapist helping clients enhance their well-being using a variety of tools and approaches, including Hypnotherapy, EMDR, NLP, counselling, and coaching.

I have over 500 client hours with hypnobirthing, over 100 with return to work sessions and over 2000 general clinical practice hours. My approach is always confidential, non-judgmental, and grounded in a deep respect for client autonomy. My style is compassionate, caring, practical, and solutions-focused, aimed at empowering people to take charge of their well-being and achieve meaningful change in their lives.
