I saw Verity for hypnobirthing and highly recommend. She is very friendly, personable and professional ... for the last few sessions, she came to my home which was great. I had a particular long& traumatic birth induction and found all the techniques Verity taught me invaluable, as did my husband. We recited the positive affirmations very frequently to keep us going and in the right mindset. I avoided pain relief for as long as possible by using the hypnobirthing techniques. I also had a fear of hospitals / needles due to previous experiences from an early age and Verity worked with me on that as well. You can carry on the relaxation techniques post birth for sleep and generally to keep calm, so very useful. Thanks Verity!

Verity did an amazing job of preparing me for birth, as well as giving me the confidence and self-assurance to tackle my nerves and concerns around labour. She is wonderful to work with and tailors each session to make you feel that she is truly listening to your thoughts and fears. I will definitely be going back to Verity if I have another child as I can’t imagine going into labour without her warm and caring voice in my head egging me on and keeping me calm! Alex and I would like to introduce you to our beautiful baby boy Arthur He was born on 3rd October, at 7:20pm, weighing 7lbs. We couldn’t have done it without your input and the hypnobirthing technique really helped.

Verity went above and beyond to ensure my husband could join some of our hypnobirthing sessions around his work schedule. Without his involvement our birth story would have been very different, she gave us both the confidence to embrace every stage of labour and to be in control whilst supporting each other! Hiya Verity!

This message is hugely overdue but I wanted to let you know that I gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby boy called Isadore Abel Young. He was 5 pound 8 ounces which is a far cry from what they predicted for him and is thriving. The C-section went well and I’m making a good recovery at home!

I wanted to thank you for your sessions which I found invaluable and will continue to turn to whenever I’m in pain/ need to calm myself down!
