Individual therapy sessions

Individual sessions are available to support employee wellbeing through any situation where they feel overwhelmed by anxiety, worry, sadness, stress or any of  life's challenges.  Using an integrative approach to therapy, the therapist will draw from a wide range of psychotherapeutic theories and techniques such as  hypnotherapy, counselling skills, cognitive behavior therapy, psychodynamic, performance coaching, NLP and psychodrama, mindfulness.  The therapist will conduct an initial free session to take a full case history and design and agree the best therapeutic strategy.  A convenient and flexible session will then be booked in.

Common sessions:

  • general anxiety - techniques to manage and reduce

  • specific anxiety e.g. fear of flying or phobia of birth.

  • Manage Stress

  • Increase confidence in public speaking

  • Stop blushing

  • Better Sleep

  • Fighting imposter syndrome

  • Confident boosting

  • Smoking/Vaping cessation is one session also but this must be in person and employee must fund themselves to ensure success
